Thank you for enquiring about our rental properties.

Before you are able to view any properties, we require you to complete our application form. Please click on the above link.

Once we have received your application, we will SMS you with the next available viewing time. You will need to reply to the message or call us on (08) 8683 0466 to advise us / confirm if you will be attending. If you have preferred viewing times, please let us know on your application form.

To complete this form we require all details to be completed in full, with all relevant references and phone numbers.

For identification reasons we also require you to complete the identification check.

Please ensure that at least one document from each group is attached with at least one required to be a form of photo identification. We are able to copy your ID at our office, if you require.

Completing all necessary details saves time in processing your application. All details provided in your application are kept confidential and are only discussed with the owner of the property you apply for, and all necessary people to process your application.

Once you have completed the application form please send it back to the office either by emailing it to mail@lawsonres.com.au , posting it to 'Lawson Real Estate Specialist, Shop 14 - Civic Centre, 60 Tasman Terrace, Port Lincoln SA 5606' or simply drop into our office in the Civic Centre.

We add new properties to our website as soon as we are aware they are becoming available for rent. Property availability dates and pet status are listed on the property ad on our website. With a growing number of potential tenants, we ask that you regularly check our website for our available rental properties or pick up our Available Rentals List from our office in the Civic Centre (60 Tasman Terrace).

Once you have found a rental property, please advise us so we can remove you from our alert list. Rental Application will only be held for a maximum of 30 days.
